Laser Cutting

Quasar led the prototype industry by introducing laser processing back in 1981. Today we are still at the industry forefront employing talented craftsmen and state-of-the-art laser systems. Our Offline-Programming with Cenit FASTTRIM – 3D Laser Application, running inside Catia, enables us to generate a NC path to your supplied CAD model.

We have three and five axis CNC laser systems with up to six-axis capability. Our laser systems are powered with CO2, Trumpf TruDisk, or IPG Fiber laser sources. This range gives us the ability to cut various materials, including steel, aluminum, stainless, armor, copper, brass, wood, ceramic, acrylic, and exotic materials. With our multiple laser systems and power sources, capacity is never an issue at Quasar.
